This notice explains what happens to your information when you join the Our ITNRY early-access list. The short version: we collect your email to tell you about Our ITNRY, we never sell it, and you can leave at any time.
Who we are
Our ITNRY is a product of Basal House LLC (“we”, “us”). This notice covers ouritnry.com and the early-access list. It does not cover the Our ITNRY app, which will have its own privacy policy when it launches.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list, we collect:
- your email address;
- which form you used on the page and the time you signed up;
- basic technical details your browser sends with the request, such as browser type and the page you came from.
Our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use it briefly to limit repeated signups and do not store it with your email.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device they use and whether they joined the list. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) to tell visits apart. It never receives your email address.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, Analytics runs without cookies. You can opt out anywhere with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
The site does not use advertising cookies, and its fonts are served from our own domain.
How we use it
- to confirm your signup;
- to email you about early access and the launch of Our ITNRY;
- to understand interest in the product, for example how many people have joined.
How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as the early-access list exists or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, Mailchimp keeps a record of your address so you are not emailed again.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at any time to:
- see the information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- have it deleted.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will honour them.
Children
The early-access list is for people 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email the list.
